Marketing Coordinator

Amanda joined ICO Commercial as the Marketing Coordinator in 2020. In this role, she partners closely with the brokerage team to ensure every property and client receives maximum visibility and impact in the market. She creates custom property brochures, manages listings, oversees sign requests, and develops tailored marketing packages designed to win clients. Amanda also drives lead generation initiatives, search engine optimization, and social media strategies that strengthen ICO’s digital presence and generate opportunities for the brokers.

She plays a key role in producing newsletters and quarterly market reports, providing clients and prospects with valuable insights into Houston’s commercial real estate market. Whether through creative design, strategic campaigns, or targeted communications, Amanda is passionate about helping brokers market their properties to their fullest potential. Her creativity, tactical execution, and servant-hearted approach make her an advocate not only for ICO’s brokers, but also for the clients they serve.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising from Sam Houston State University.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys watching movies with her husband, spending time with family and friends, and reading Christian non-fiction. She is known for her energy, contagious laugh, and dedication to serving others in every aspect of her life.
