Marketing & Graphics Associate

Carin joined ICO Commercial in 2018, supporting Marketing and Graphics. Originally from South Africa, she earned her Degree in Marketing Management at the University of South Africa.

Carin specializes in graphic design and creative content, serving as a designer for ICO’s marketing initiatives. She also manages video production and editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, where she brings properties and projects to life through compelling visual storytelling. Additionally, Carin is an FAA-licensed drone pilot, a credential that enables her to operate drones for commercial purposes in a legal and safe manner. This certification allows for her to capture professional-grade aerial photography and videography that provides clients and prospects with unique perspectives of properties—an increasingly valuable tool in commercial real estate marketing.

With a background in marketing, photography, and design, Carin thrives in a fast-paced environment. She is known for her enthusiasm, positive attitude, and strong relationship-building skills, always approaching her work with a team-oriented spirit and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Carin is a true wanderlust, passionate about traveling the world and immersing herself in new cultures, cuisines, and histories. She also enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her favorite people—her husband and two teenage daughters.
