Vice President of Administration

Mindi has been an integral part of ICO Commercial since 2006 and currently serves as Vice President of Administration. She brings a strong and dedicated work ethic to the team and leads the company’s day-to-day operations with excellence.

In her role, Mindi ensures the smooth implementation of company policies and procedures, manages office operations and services, and provides leadership and support to both staff and brokers. She oversees Human Resources, assists with new talent acquisition, coordinates company events, and actively promotes and strengthens ICO’s culture. In addition, Mindi manages the company’s accounts payable and receivables, ensuring financial processes run efficiently and accurately.

For nearly two decades, Mindi has been passionate about her work at ICO, but she considers her greatest accomplishment to be her role as a wife, mother, and mother-in-law. She loves reading and studying the Bible, and she is energized by opportunities to serve others. Known for her joyful spirit and contagious positivity, Mindi strives to uplift those around her and foster an environment where everyone can thrive.
